These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and big321 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the big321 platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of big321 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information — including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested during registration. big321 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. big321 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have immediately reported unauthorised access to us.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a big321 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to manipulate the betting system or game outcomes
- Using another person's account or granting others access to your account
- Any form of fraud, forgery, or misrepresentation of information
- Money laundering activities conducted through the platform
- Using the platform for lawful and personal purposes only
- Ensuring all deposits are made from legitimate funding sources
- Comply with all stipulated game rules
- Notify big321 of any system errors or overpayments
- Respecting other users and support staff
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All transactions on big321 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods approved by the platform, including local bank transfers (FPX), supported e-wallets, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Each deposit is subject to the minimum and maximum limits set for your chosen payment method. Users are advised to check the applicable current limits in the finance section of their account before making a transaction.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for your chosen method. big321 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review purposes or to ensure that wagering requirements tied to received bonuses have been met. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through illegitimate means will be investigated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
In the event of an overpayment or technical error in account credits, big321 reserves the right to reverse the excess amount without prior notice.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Big321 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and big321 does not guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times. big321's total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Big321 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may forfeit any outstanding balance. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support.
All content on the big321 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of big321 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from big321.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, where necessary, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
